reformer flow
A slow, full body flow workout to strengthen, tone and increase your flexibility. Using the brand new Allegro 2 reformers, as well as props (weights, booty bands, balls, rings and beams), instructors will guide you through a slow paced class focusing on your mind body connection, feeling grounded and centered with yourself and machine. In this class you can choose your resistance and intensity with the use of the reformer springs, so no matter how you or your body is feeling, we’ll be able to suit the workout to you!

*Beginners are encouraged to trial a few Reformer Flow classes before booking into the Reformer Active classes. Pre and Post Natal clients can also attend this class - instructors will modify movements to suit you.
reformer active
Our Reformer Active classes are designed to challenge you at an progressive level. From start to finish, you’ll move through carefully structured sequences that demand strength, control, and precision. Each series is strategically programmed to push your limits, combining layered progressions and multi-muscle group movements that test your endurance, coordination, and technique. With the adjustable resistance of the Reformer springs and the addition of props, you’ll be able to tailor the intensity to your body while working at a level that builds stamina, deep strength, and resilience.

reformer progressive
Our Reformer Progressive classes are designed to take you one step beyond Reformer Active - perfect for when you’re ready to push yourself to a new level. Expect curated sequences that are challenging, dynamic, and deeply rewarding. Each session blends advanced layering, amplified intensity, and movements that require strength, focus, and control. You’ll work through demanding series that elevate your endurance, refine your technique, and leave you feeling accomplished and empowered.
* This class is not suitable for Beginners or Pre Natal clients from their 2nd trimester onwards. It is a requirement that all participants have completed Reformer Active classes before joining Reformer Progressive.​​

reformer release
A gentle and soothing stretch class that will help you lengthen your muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance your range of movement. This slow-paced session encourages you to reconnect with your inner core, quiet your mind, and find harmony within yourself. We will guide you through a series of calming stretches that will leave you feeling refreshed and centered.

fusion
Our fusion Pilates class seamlessly blends the fluidity of matwork with the dynamic versatility of the reformer. During this class, you'll seamlessly transition between exercises on the mat and the reformer, each movement thoughtfully curated to enhance your strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

pilates matwork
Focusing on improving your overall strength, this class will break down and strengthen your individual muscle groups. From your core strength, flexibility, balance, control and posture, Pilates Matwork will give you a full body burn. This class is a great class for beginners to learn and appreciate the basics of Pilates.

barre
Barre combines the core-strengthening principles of Pilates with the graceful movements of a barre workout. In this class, expect to sculpt, tone, and lengthen your body through a series of exercises designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and posture whilst also increasing your heart rate in a super fun atmosphere! Suitable for all levels including our wonderful pregnant women, our certified instructors will guide you through each movement, offering modifications to meet individual needs.

release
Channel your mind, body and soul in this slow-paced Stretch and Release class. Whilst focusing on lengthening out your muscles, improving flexibility and increasing the range of movement, you will also channel your inner core by calming the mind, slowing down your heart rate and being ‘at one’ with yourself.
