important information about our trials

booking into classes
Please ensure you have downloaded the “Serenity Bookings” app to book in all your classes. (Sign in with the same email and password you used to sign up for the trial). To participate in class, you must book in. Bookings open one week in advance so be sure to jump on and book all your classes as soon as you sign up for your trial to ensure you are first in best dressed for the class times and styles you prefer.
what to bring to your trial
All participants are required to wear grip socks on the machines. This ensures you are safe when exercising as well as providing the highest level of hygiene. If you don't own grip socks, you can purchase them at the studio. Unfortunately you will not be able to participate in class if you do not have them. You are also welcome to bring a water bottle and a towel.

what to do at the end of your trial
At the end of your trial, our owners Ash and Lys, will send you a message with further information regarding signing up to our studio. We have options suitable for all! All pricing and membership options can be viewed via the below link.
your trial
We are proud to be one of the only pilates studio to actually offer a free trial, we want you to make sure you love it before committing! Your '3 for Free' trial is 3 consecutive days. Either Monday-Wednesday or Thursday-Saturday. This is to ensure all clients can participate safely and can feel the benefits of Pilates on your mind and body straight away!
i've never done pilates before...
Well... you are our favourite type of client! Reformer Pilates is suitable for all ages and abilities as the machine allows instructors to alter movements and resistance to suit you and your skills. Our beginners are to start with pilates matwork, barre or reformer flow class before moving to our reformer active class as these are faster paced. All classes have Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced options - our instructors will look after you and ensure you feel safe and at home.

waitlists & cancellations
If a class is full and you wish to book it, you will be added to the waitlist. When you are on a waitlist for a class, you will be automatically added when someone cancels their spot. This means that if you're in the 6:30am class, and don’t intend on waking up to check if you have been moved into the class, please cancel your waitlist spot. You can be moved into the class from the waitlist all the way up to 15 mins before the start of class. If you have secured a spot in 7:30am but are on the waitlist for 8:30am, you will need to ensure you cancel the 8:30am waitlist spot so that others can claim this spot.
pre class / if you're late
We ask all trials to arrive 10 minutes before their first class. This is to ensure the instructor has enough time to welcome you, show you the studio, talk you through how to use the machine and discuss any injuries/modifications needed. We have a strict rule here at TTC regarding late entry - if you are more than 5 minutes late to class, unfortunately you will be unable to participate. We enforce this strict rule purely for your safety and to ensure you are warmed up correctly prior to your class.
